The website is not that user friendly for placing an online order. Its requests a verification code sent via email, but that code doesn't work, despite 3 separate tries. Thank God for Ryan's (Blanchard) phone help to get my order placed.

Good. I think I contacted Blanchard over my bank not initially allowing my transaction to go through, but I responded to a warning from the bank in an email they sent me, that I indeed made the order. The bank lifted the block, and Blanchard proceeded with the order, I didn't have to reorder it.
